Built for Elektro og datateknologi with one Norwegian upper secondary school, and now open to others. Your school gets its own address, its own classes and its own roster, and nobody outside it sees any of that.
What your school gets
Teachers and students are different, properly
Roles are enforced in the database, not hidden in the interface. A student cannot read another student’s submission, see a grade before it is released, or open the class roster — regardless of what they type into the address bar.
Set work, collect it, mark it
Teachers set an assignment against a class with a deadline. Students get a queue of what is outstanding, soonest first, and hand in the board itself rather than a screenshot of it. Marking happens beside the work, not in a separate spreadsheet.
It knows what a rack unit is
Built for Elektro og datateknologi. Racks measured in rack units, cables that only connect where the connectors actually fit, a bill of materials worked out from what the student built, and an installation board that simulates — wire it wrong and the lamp stays dark.
Instruments that actually read
A multimeter, an oscilloscope and a signal generator with working displays. The meter reads the real voltage between its probes, the scope shows two phases genuinely 120° apart, and a student who puts it on the DC range across an AC circuit sees what a real meter shows.
The arithmetic, done
Ohm’s law, voltage drop and conductor sizing under Tools, plus a logic simulator that draws the truth table for a circuit a student has wired up. Open to students as well as staff — these are the tools, not the assessment.
The simulation is a teaching aid and says so wherever it gives an opinion. NEK 400 is binding; a green tick from us is not.
What it does not do
Worth reading before you get any further, because these are the things a school usually finds out in week three.
Is there a student information system integration?
No. There is no Feide, no SSO and no automatic roster sync yet. Students join a class with a code, or a teacher adds them by email. For a class of thirty that takes a few minutes; for a whole county it would not be enough, and we would rather say so.
Does it grade automatically?
No. A teacher reads the work and marks it. The simulator will tell a student their circuit is wrong while there is still time to fix it, which is the part that helps them, but the judgement is a person’s.
Where is the data?
Supabase, on EU infrastructure. Boards, submissions and grades belong to the school and can be exported. We are not a data broker and there is no advertising anywhere in the product.
What does it cost?
Nothing settled, and we would rather talk than publish a number we would have to walk back. Tell us how many students you have and what you teach, and we will tell you plainly what it would take.
